Aquatic Dangers

The design of this advertisement addresses the project's goals by utilizing various items to convey an informational message. In this design, I created a jellyfish out of items you might find floating in the ocean to illustrate the dangers of polluting our world's oceans.

I utilized not only images of items for the jellyfish but also utilized trash piles to create the floor of the ocean as well as text informing the viewer of why this is an important issue with the most critical words bolded so even a passerby can understand the message of this advertisement.

This design targets its audience by using subtle imagery and symbolism to shock the viewer by showing the jellyfish is made of trash and is killing the natural wildlife by having fish and turtles caught in its trash tentacles symbolizing the dangers of oceanic pollution.
